Any access to or use of scitees.co.uk<\/a> (including all subpages and any other related webpages published by scitees, collectively referred to herein as the \u201cSites\u201d) is subject to and constitutes your acceptance of the following terms (these \u201cTerms of Use\u201d):<\/p>

5.<\/strong>\u00a0These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and you agree that any dispute or claim related to the Sites will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England, except that scitees can ask any court to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.<\/p>
